MEVA – Math E-Learning Virtual Academy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines how students are admitted to MEVA – Math E-Learning Virtual Academy (MEVA), and how registration is completed for each course or program.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all prospective and current students, and to parents/guardians of students under 18 years of age.

3. Eligibility

MEVA serves students in Ontario who are working at approximately Grade 9–12 mathematics levels, as well as adult learners upgrading math skills for post-secondary or employment purposes.

Placement recommendations consider a student’s academic history, readiness, and goals. MEVA may suggest a diagnostic assessment or short trial period if placement is uncertain.

Families wishing to change, pause, or withdraw from a course must notify MEVA in writing (email). Refund eligibility is determined by the Fee, Payment & Refund Policy.
